How It Works
It's all based on having one place on the Web where the actual artwork can be reviewed. A team leader sets all the appropriate roles and rights for who can – and cannot – review and approve files. When review and approval action is required, the appropriate people receive e-mail notification containing the appropriate instructions.
As long as they have a high-speed Internet connection, they can access a proof of the artwork from wherever they happen to be. Comments can be dragged and dropped directly on the proof.
