Is Kamelio right for my organization?
Our customers range in size from medium to large, with simple to more complex needs. Kamelio's suite of online tools is particularly attractive for organizations with multiple offices and partners, especially dispersed teams handling ongoing marketing programs. Everyone involved in the marketing process (junior to senior) benefits from Kamelio tools - whether it's marketers, sales staff, resellers, franchisees, agencies or vendors.

What is the pricing structure for your products?
The pricing is based on a monthly, quarterly or yearly subscription, along with a one-time set-up fee. You can subscribe to our most basic package starting at $250/month, plus a one-time set-up fee of $200. All our fees include unlimited product use, registration, a designated client service rep, training, and technical support. You can also purchase additional services such as "customized look & feel" (so your Kamelio tool appears consistent with your brand) and "data migration" (should you have the need to upload data/files).

Do I have to purchase the entire suite of products?
Our stand-alone products allow total flexibility because you have the option to use them separately or integrated (based on your specific needs). Our web API also enables our products to integrate with other existing web technologies.

What standard of hosting, reliability and security can I expect?
Our hosting partner is Q9 Networks, a leading Canadian provider of outsourced Internet infrastructure and related managed services. Q9 allows us to present our applications with virtually unlimited bandwidth, with clients enjoying very fast access to their data. Q9's data centres and network are backed by an industry-leading SLA which guarantees 100-per-cent network and power availability. Q9's managed services include bandwidth, dedicated servers, firewalls, load balancing, virtual private networking (VPN) and back-up/restore, enabling the rapid provisioning and scalability of client infrastructure. Q9 has state-of-the-art data centres that provide a highly secure physical infrastructure, including the latest in biometric authentication, video surveillance, and round-the-clock security officers, while at the same time permitting unannounced 7 x 24 customer access. The centres are engineered to eliminate any single point of failure, with multiple layers of redundancy in power systems, HVAC, and fire detection and suppression. All systems are monitored 7 x 24 through a Q9 Network Operations Centre (NOC). It's also important to emphasize that our application uses SSL certificates (HTTPS) to provide the same Web user security as banks and credit card companies employ to securely handle online transactions.

What type of training does Kamelio offer?
We offer training based on your specific needs because you have the option of online or offline sessions with one of our Kamelio certified trainers. These private and customized sessions are conducted by one of our certified trainers. Training runs from 15-45 minutes per product, and is included for every new user - with no additional fee. Should the users have questions after the training, they can simply contact their designated customer care representative, who will be available Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.

Does Kamelio offer technical support?

How long does it take to get Kamelio tools implemented?
Clients can be up and running within 15 business days, if not sooner. Some clients have been operational within three business days. All that's required is training and establishing your login/password details, which is very quick and easy. All our products are turn-key; there is no software to download or hardware to purchase, so everything is kept extremely quick and simple. All you need is a high- speed Internet connection.

Does Kamelio support both Mac and PC?
Yes, we support both.

Does Kamelio require its own e-mail? What happens to my existing e-mail system?
We realize the critical importance of e-mail in today's marketing world. So instead of changing the way you communicate, we simply leverage your existing e-mail system by using an "e-mail notification" mechanism (which can be turned on or off). An email will be sent to your inbox every time a new activity requires your attention (so you only need to verify one inbox versus two).
