Denis Foulem
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Denis founded Kamelio inspired by the growing belief that the Web can enable the production and execution phase of marketing to be faster, more efficient, and more cost-effective. Denis has held various executive positions in the advertising industry, working with marketers at regional organizations as well as Fortune 1000 companies.

Denis was enrolled in the International MBA program of the University of London (UK) and received a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the Université de Moncton.

Paul Mansz
Executive Technology Strategist
With more than 20 years of experience acquired at companies such as Nortel Networks, Pitney Bowes Canada and Imperial Oil, Paul has assisted with the startup and co-founding of technology firms 724 Solutions, Kinek Technologies and Ambir Solutions. Through Ambir Paul has served as an executive technology strategist for several clients in their startup phase, including VE Networks, Virtual Expert Clinic, and Medi-Reports.

In his role with Kamelio, Paul is responsible for planning and directing the development of key new technologies strategic to the growth of the company.

Jason Lavigne
Director of Innovation
With over 10 years of experience in information technology and project management, Jason has designed and developed systems for large companies such as AT&T, Nortel Networks and Alcatel, and has also led the design and development of applications for smaller internet startups. As Kamelio's Director of Innovation, Jason leverages his extensive experience in cutting-edge Web technologies and methodologies to lead the company's development team.

Jason has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from l'Université de Moncton

Board of Advisors

Marc Comeau
VP, Sales, Service and Marketing, General Motors (GM) Canada
Mr. Comeau began his career with GM in 1983 as a Product Distribution Specialist in the Montreal Zone. Over the next 13 years, he served in a variety of positions, including District Manager, Regional Human Resources Development Manager and Area Marketing Manager.

In 1995, Mr. Comeau was appointed Director, Strategic Marketing and Research, for Buick Motor Division in Flint, Michigan. In 1997, he returned to GM Canada as General Director, Sales. He was appointed to his current position in 2002 and is a member of the Board of Directors for GM Canada. Mr. Comeau holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Moncton and has also completed the Executive Development Program at the University of Illinois.

Ian Cavanagh
CEO, Ambir Technology Group
Mr. Cavanagh is a seasoned senior executive experienced in both private and public high-growth technology companies. Previously, he founded DARUMA Consulting Inc., where he provided strategic guidance to start-up companies in Canada and the United States.

Prior to that, he held senior executive roles in business development with Kana Communications and Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories Inc., which was later acquired by Alcatel Communications. He also holds advisory board roles with Coemergence, Babelfish and Digant Technologies PVT (India).

Toon Nagtegaal
VP, Investments, Growthworks Atlantic Ltd.
Mr. Nagtegaal joined GrowthWorks Atlantic in 2005 as Vice President of Investments, bringing more than 20 years of venture capital experience to the company. Prior to GrowthWorks Atlantic, Mr. Nagtegaal was co-founder of Atlas Venture, as well as P3 Technology Partners, and was a managing partner with Holland Venture. During time spent overseas, he invested in technology companies in Europe, Israel and North America, and has served on the boards of more than 20 companies internationally.

He holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, and was a past Executive Director of the European Venture Capital Association.

Denis Losier
President and CEO, Assumption Life
President and CEO of Assumption Life in Moncton since 1994, Mr. Losier is also president of Assumption Life's real estate subsidiaries and Louisbourg Investments. He sits on the boards of Canadian National, the National Statistics Board, Corporate Communications Ltd., the Greater Moncton Economic Commission, the CÉNB, the Council for Canadian Unity, the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Foundation, the Canadian Life and Health Insurance Association, the Workers Investment Fund, and the Moncton Rotary Club.

Mr. Losier has served as Director General of the Conseil économique du Nouveau-Brunswick Inc., was Deputy Commissioner of Economic Development in Premier Frank McKenna's Cabinet, was elected for two terms as a Liberal MLA and served as Minister of Economic Development and Tourism.

Mr. Losier obtained a Bachelor of Arts in 1973 and a Bachelor of Science in social science (economics) in 1974 from the Université de Moncton. He then continued his studies at the University of Western Ontario, where he earned a Master's degree in economics in 1975.

Aldéa Landry
President and CEO, Landal Inc.
Ms. Landry is a lawyer and business woman who has been a civil servant with the New Brunswick Department of Justice, a legal practitioner in a law firm that she co-founded, and a Cabinet Minister and Deputy Premier of New Brunswick in the government of Premier Frank McKenna. She is president of LANDAL Inc., a consulting firm based in Moncton, New Brunswick, offering integrated services in organizational and business development and in international cooperation.

Ms. Landry sits on the board of directors of several companies and community organisations, including the Security Intelligence Review Committee, The Shaw Group Ltd., Fraser Papers Inc., The Bragg Group of Companies, the Canadian Investors Protection Fund, Beauséjour Medical Research Institute, Canadian Learning Council, Atlantic Economuseum Corporation Inc., and Canadian Economic Education Foundation.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Université de Moncton and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New Brunswick. Appointed Queen's Counsel in 1987 and to the Privy Council of Canada in 2005, she was awarded honorary Doctorate degrees in law from the University of New Brunswick and from l'Université de Moncton and in Humane Letters from Mount Saint Vincent University. She also received a Merit Award from the Université de Moncton for her outstanding contribution to the development of the university.
